Luxe VII Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.


At Luxe VII, we specialize in custom and made-to-order luxury wigs and hair products. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed or delivered.


If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@luxevii.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


All approved issues will be resolved at the discretion of Luxe VII.
