All Luxe VII products are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.


Braided wigs and custom units require 10–14 business days for processing due to the detailed craftsmanship involved.


Medical wigs (cranial prosthetics) require extended processing time, which may vary depending on:

 

  • Insurance verification

  • Authorization approvals

  • Required documentation

 


Processing for medical wigs will begin once all required approvals and information have been received.


Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

United States

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

  • Free shipping available on qualifying orders

 


International Shipping

 

  • Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days

Incorrect Addresses

 


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


Luxe VII is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 


 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 


Once a package has been marked as delivered, Luxe VII is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
